On an area of 1,400 square meters, the company S.C. Terra Max S.R.L. built a Profi supermarket and a Pepco store at the entrance to Chinteni. The project received a favorable opinion from the Urbanism Commission of the Cluj County Council (the county chief architect, Claudiu Salanță), although it faced opposition from some locals due to concerns about congestion.
