  Construction of the new Medical Center, which will include medical offices grouped by specialty, as well as a Cluj ISU station in Chinteni, began in 2020. The investment exceeds 10 million lei. The new building will have 3 floors, will cover an area of 3,000 sqm and will serve residents from four communes: Chinteni, Panticeu, Vultureni and Aschileu, and will also house a Cluj ISU station in Chinteni, equipped with a fire truck and a SMURD ambulance.

• Chinteni Aquapark Leisure Complex

  In 2015, feasibility studies began for the Chinteni Aquapark. Later, in 2017, details were revealed, including the cost of 20 million euros and a 3-year construction timeline, and in 2018, the plans were presented. Despite difficulties in the following years, the project progressed until 2022.

• Chinteni Lake

  About 12 km from Cluj-Napoca lies Chinteni Lake, a natural lake owned by the Chinteni Town Hall and managed by AJVPS Cluj. The lake is set up for fishing, with sport fishing competitions being organized. The groundwater has varying levels of mineralization and notable hardness. The deep waters are highly mineralized and non-potable.
